Manage Comp Set

The Comp Set (Competitive Set) page in Hotelitix allows you to define, view, and manage competing properties within your market.
It helps you monitor competitor performance and compare your pricing, ratings, and scores to make informed rate management decisions.

By selecting and managing your comp set, Hotelitix provides deeper insights into how your property stacks up against local competition — helping you refine pricing, forecast demand, and enhance overall revenue strategy.

The Comp Set page is divided into three key sections.

• Select Comp Set – Browse and add new competitor properties.




• My Property – Displays your property details and overall market score.

• Primary Comp Set – Shows your selected competitor list with scoring and management options.

1. Select Comp Set

This panel lists all available properties within your market region.

• Search Bar: Quickly search by property name or keyword.

• Property List: Each card displays the property name, star rating, and action buttons.

• Add (+) Button: Click to include a property in your comp set.

• View Details: Opens the competitor’s profile for more information.

• Total Properties: Displays the number of available properties in your region.
  You can select up to 10 properties for your primary comp set.
  
  

2. My Property

This section displays your own property details.

• Property Name: Displays the name of your hotel (e.g., The Rich Hotel).
• Rating: Shows your property’s average star rating.
• View Score: Click to view the performance score assigned by Hotelitix algorithms.
• Delete: Remove your property(if mistakenly added) from this view

3. Primary Comp Set

This section lists all selected competitor properties, along with performance metrics and management tools.

• Property Name: Name of the competitor property.
• Rating: Star rating based on aggregated online data.
• View Score: Displays the competitive score based on Hotelitix’s scoring model.
• View Details: Opens a detailed competitor view for analysis.
• Remove (Trash Icon): Deletes a property from your comp set.
• Selected Properties Count: Shows how many competitors are currently in your comp set (e.g., 4 out of 10).
