Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your property's key performance metrics, allowing you to monitor occupancy, revenue, and ADR trends in real time. It helps you understand how your property is performing compared to the previous year and your competitive set.

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find a Snapshot section showing the selected date (e.g., Mon 03 Nov 2025) and the overall performance metrics for your property:

• Occupancy vs LY – Displays the current occupancy percentage and how it compares to the same day last year (LY).

• Revenue vs LY – Shows your total room revenue and the percentage increase or decrease versus last year.

• ADR vs LY – Reflects your Average Daily Rate along with the year-over-year change.

1. Demand Calendar

The Demand Calendar provides a month-view highlighting occupancy demand and key pickup trends:

• Dates with high demand are shown in darker shades.

• Hovering over a date reveals booking insights and pickup details.

• Quickly navigate between months to spot future demand fluctuations.

2. Pickup Summary

The Pickup Summary section gives you a breakdown of how many rooms were picked up over different time periods:

• 1 Day Pickup – Number of rooms added or canceled in the last 24 hours.

• 3 Days Pickup – Rooms picked up in the last 3 days.

• 7 Days Pickup – Total change in rooms over the past week.
  Each pickup metric also displays the percentage change vs last year, making it easier to assess short-term booking trends.

3. Competitor Rate Comparison

Below the Pickup Summary, you can view your Comp Set Prices, which compare your rates to nearby competitors.

• Competitor properties are listed along with their current average rate (USD).

• The % difference next to each competitor shows how your pricing stacks up.
  This comparison helps you ensure your property remains competitively priced.

4. Performance Graph

The Performance Graph visualizes Occupancy, Rates, and Competitor data over a selected period.

The graph includes:

• Occupancy (bars) – Your property’s daily occupancy levels.

• Occupancy LY – Last year’s occupancy trend for comparison.

• My Shopped Rate – Your current rate for that date.

• Comp Set Average – Average rate across your competitor set.
  Use this chart to identify performance gaps and rate opportunities across the month.

5. Monthly Performance Summary

At the bottom, you’ll find a three-month summary (e.g., November, December, January) showing key KPIs side by side:

• Occupancy – Actual vs same time last year (STLY).

• ADR – Average Daily Rate and its YoY comparison.

• Revenue – Total revenue with budget and performance indicators.

• 7d Pickup (RN) – Rooms picked up over the last 7 days.

• 7d Pickup (REV) – Revenue pickup in the last week.
  This summary helps you quickly evaluate performance trends month over month.
