The Inventory page allows you to view and manage your property's daily room availability across all room types. It provides a detailed breakdown of occupancy, availability, and commitments to help you make data-driven decisions for rate management and room allocation.

The Inventory view displays data in a day-wise tabular format, organized by room categories. It helps you track each room type’s performance and availability in real time.
You can select a specific date using the calendar at the top left, and the system will automatically display the next 14 days from the chosen date.
1. Market Summary
At the top of the table, you’ll find the Market Temp section, which gives an overview of the hotel’s performance trends:
House Occupancy – Shows the total occupancy percentage for each day across all room types.
House Availability – Displays how many rooms are available property-wide on that date.
This section helps you monitor your hotel’s overall occupancy and available capacity at a glance.
2. Room Type Breakdown
Each room type (e.g., Queen Room, King Room, Suite) is displayed in separate sections. For each room type, the table includes the following details for every date:
- Room Inventory: The total number of rooms available in that category.
- Out of Order: Rooms temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other issues.
- Available: Number of rooms currently available for booking.
- Committed: Rooms that have been sold and confirmed (definite bookings).
- Transient: Rooms booked by individual guests, excluding group reservations.
- Group Blocked: Rooms held for group bookings but not yet confirmed.
- Group Booked: Rooms within a group block that have been confirmed.
- Group Available: Remaining rooms within the group block that are still available.
