The next part of the setup involves activating your PMS connection, room rate mappings (for proper syncing of rates & availability) and reservation settings that will help you with data visualization and data analysis in Hotelitix.
PMS integration
The next part of the setup process requires the activation of your Property Management System interface. This connection ensures that Hotelitix continuously receives and tracks reservation data from your PMS and is able to push optimized rate decisions back. PMS interface activation requirements vary by provider. If your provider is not listed under our Integration Partners page, feel free to reach out to your PMS support team for assistance on activating the Hotelitix interface.

Room Rate Mappings
After the PMS integration has been activated, you will be able to proceed to map your room rates.

Reservation Settings
This part of the setup includes updating your general reservation preferences, configuration of market segment groups and rate code groups.
1. Learn to adjust: Reservation General settings
2. Learn to adjust: Market Segment Groups
3. Learn to adjust: Rate Code Groups
Once all the above settings are completed, you are done!
