Competitive Set Grid

To view competitor rates head over to the Market Insight / Competitive Set section on the left-side menu bar. 

The rates chart displays a summary of the your rates and the competitive set. The box plots present the range of rates offered amongst the comp set. The bottom of the vertical line represents the lowest rate while the top of the vertical line represents the highest rate in the comp set. The box in the plots represents the dispersion between the property rate and the competitive set average. The thicker the box the bigger the difference is between your rates and the comp set. Finally, if the box plot is colored in red it means that the comp set average is lower than your rate while green means that your property rate is lower than the average.

Below the chart you will find a table detailing the rates for each of the properties in your comp set. Properties offering lower rates than yours will be highlighted in red. Our market spiders are continuously shopping the market/comp set and the rates in the grid will refresh as new data is received.

Download - You can export the Comp Set Grid into an excel file by clicking the green Download button from the calendar strip.
