The Reservations page provides a consolidated view of all booking activities, including confirmed, modified, and cancelled reservations. It helps users track performance metrics, analyze booking trends, and review guest and rate details in a unified table.

1. Reservation Summary

Displays a quick overview of current reservation activity:

  • Booked: Total number of confirmed reservations.
  • Modified: Total number of reservations with updated details.
  • Cancelled: Total number of reservations cancelled within the selected date range.


2. Business Mix (Room Nights)

A circular chart representing total room nights split by business segments:

  • Transient: Individual bookings.
  • Group: Group or block reservations.
    This section visualizes overall mix contribution to total occupancy.

3. Advanced Booking Window

A bar chart showing the number of bookings and cancellations across different lead-time segments:

  • 1–3 days
  • 4–7 days
  • 8–14 days
  • 15–30 days
  • 31–90 days
  • 91+ days
    Each segment compares confirmed and cancelled bookings based on arrival dates.


4. Filters & Controls

Users can filter data by:

  • Date Range (Arrival Date / Created Date).
  • Booking Status (Booked, Modified, Cancelled).
  • Search and Export Options to download reservation data for reporting.


5. Reservations Table

A detailed data table listing each reservation with associated attributes:

  • Reservation ID: Unique identification number for each reservation.
  • Status: Indicates whether a booking is confirmed, modified, or cancelled.
  • Arrival / Departure: Guest stay dates.
  • LOS (Length of Stay): Total number of nights reserved.
  • Guest Name: Name of the guest associated with the reservation.
  • Average Rate: Average daily rate applied for the booking.
  • Total: Total value of the reservation.
  • Room Code: Room type code allocated to the booking.
  • Rate Code: Rate plan or promotional code applied.
  • Market Group: Distribution or booking channel group (e.g., Retail, OTA, Corporate).
  • Target Rate: Benchmark or goal rate for comparison.
  • Net Yield: Final yield percentage achieved after deductions.
  • Rate Dilution: Percentage change between published and sold rate.
  • Distribution Cost: Cost associated with channel distribution.
  • Acquisition Cost: Cost incurred to acquire the booking.
  • Created On: Date when the reservation was created.
  • Cancelled On: Date when the reservation was cancelled (if applicable).
