- Review Activity for the Weekend
- Review Cancelled Business for the next 90 days
Tuesday
- Prepare for Revenue Strategy Meeting
- Evaluate Group business deficiencies
- Update Property Forecast
Wednesday
- Review and Adjust Room Differentials as needed
- Review and Update Restrictions for Peak dates
