  • Review On the Books by Market Group for the next 30 / 60 / 90 days - based on your typical booking window.
  • Evaluate Booking Curve for the next 30 days

Rate Management


  • Review Rate Controls and/or Adjust Rates as needed

Weekly

Monday


  • Review Activity for the Weekend
  • Review Cancelled Business for the next 90 days


Tuesday


  • Prepare for Revenue Strategy Meeting
  • Evaluate Group business deficiencies
  • Update Property Forecast


Wednesday


  • Review and Adjust Room Differentials as needed
  • Review and Update Restrictions for Peak dates
  • Evaluate STR report


Thursday


  • Update Hotel Operations Team on Forecasted Guest Stays
  • Review 90-365 day Strategy


Friday


  • Review and Update Event Calendar as needed


Saturday/Sunday


  • Monitor Pickup and Cancellations

  • Review Competitive set properties and strategy
  • Evaluate production reports by Market Group and by channel
  • Review performance indicators for high occupancy and sell out dates. Look out for bookings with high cost of acquisition during high demand dates and address this into the future.
