Event Manager

Event Manager allows you to enter local citywide events for the property. Dates with these special events will be tagged across various sections in the Hotelitix application. Events also allow you to influence Hotelitix demand projections. 

Events can be added for any occasion where you feel demand and pricing will be impacted outside of normal business activity.  This includes holidays, conferences, local events, weather, etc. While Hotelitix apprAIse will estimate demand levels for any date, the events you log in the application will allow the system to better interpret the dates and ultimately generate more accurate pricing.

• Event Name - Enter a description for the event
• Star Date - Date when the event begins
• End Date - Date when the event ends
• Level of Strength - You can record the estimated magnitude of the event by assigning a percentage from 1 to 100. 
• Notes - Add special notes for the event entered.

When your entry is completed click Save to record the event in the calendar.

Open the event details window by clicking on the event in the calendar. You can change the event details and even adjust the level of strength for each day within the event. This allows users to better align the event for pre/post dates where the impact may not be as strong.

After making the changes click Save to update the information.
