Dashboard

The home screen of Hotelitix apprAIse is the Dashboard. The page presents all of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that most users want to track on a day to day basis. 

The calendar on the top left-side of the page displays Hotelitix apprAIse rate recommendations. It is color coded as a 'heat map' of the demand strength for each day. Lighter colors (yellow) represent low demand levels while darker (red) colors represent stronger demand points. The calendar is interactive so users can click any date to show the Daily Metrics and Market Snaps for that date on the right side.

Users can also change what they view or track in the calendar by clicking the cog button on the top right side.

After selecting a date in the calendar, users can see the performance statistics for that date in the Daily Metrics section in the center.

• On the Books - total committed for the date selected
• Same Time Last Year - total committed for the day selected on the year prior relative to today's date. You can think of it as a snapshot of the performance for a given stay date when viewed today. Note the comparison is done for same Day of the Week and not the actual date.
• Final Last Year - total committed for the day selected. This is the final end result after the stay date is consumed.
• 7 Day Pickup - displays the gain or loss since last week.

Market Snaps provides a quick summary of shopped rates for the property, competitive set and overall market.

My Shopped Rate - displays the last rate found for your property during the rate shops.

Comp Set Average Rate - displays the average rate of your direct competitors (Primary Comp set).

Market Average Rate - displays the average rate of the overall market for the same star rating/class as your property.

The monthly stats section displays performance for the month in view.

Statistics for the main four KPIs are shown along with the delta from Same Time Last Year (STLY) and Final Last Year (LY)

The Daily Chart displays daily occupancy levels as well as the rates shopped for your property and comp set.

The dark blue bars represent the daily occupancy values for the current year. The light blue bars represent Final Last Year values for the prior year.
The dark blue line in the chart displays current rates for your property based on the rate shops while the light blue line represents your competitive set's average rate. 

Filters - Users can click on the chart labels to hide/show any of the variables in the chart. 
Zoom - Users can also drag the end buttons on the mini chart to zoom in and out of the Daily Chart.
