Availability Restrictions

Hotelitix apprAIse allows users to set Availability Restrictions for any room rates. The RMS will push these availability restrictions to any PMS or connected channels that supports receiving these messages.

To manage Availability Restrictions, head to the left side menu bar and select Availabiltiy / Manage Restrictions. 

Click the blue Filter button on the calendar strip and select the restriction types you would like to manage. 

• Stop sale - Hard close out to prevent the room rate from being booked at all.
  
  
• Min Stay - Limits availability by specifying a number of nights that must be booked for stays that include the restriction date in any part of the stay date range.
  
  
• Max Stay - Restricts availability by specifying a maximum number of nights that may be booked for stays that include the restriction date in any part of the stay date range.
  
  
• Min Stay on Arrival - Limits availability by specifying a number of nights that must be booked for stays that include the restriction date as the arrival date.
  
  
• Max Stay on Arrival - Restricts availability by specifying a maximum number of nights that may be booked for stays that include the restriction date as the arrival date.
  
  
• Close to Arrival -  Guests can not book this date if their stay begins on this date. If their stay includes this date, but does not begin on it - then it would be bookable.
  
  
• Close to Departure - Guests can not book this date if their stay ends on this date. If their stay includes this date, but does not end on it - then it would be bookable.

After selecting the filter options, simply enter the restrictions as desired and click Save.

Users can also manage availability using the Bulk update slider (blue flash button) on the upper right side of every page. This feature makes updating availability for long periods much faster and easier for the user.
